1. How is the Metabolic Method different?
The Metabolic Method is a different way of eating because it uses a revolutionary macronutrient and anti-inflammatory diet that has been proven to help with sustainable weight loss. In addition, you will be working one-on-one with Annie, a weight loss expert with 10 years of experience in the business, and who has herself been able to conquer stubborn weight loss resistance. 2. How do I know that I will be successful using this program?
Annie’s expertise is in working individually with clients to figure out what works with THEIR bodies and lifestyle. She has extensive training in these areas and has helped hundreds of women lose and sustain their weight loss while regaining energy and feeling back to their old selves.
3. What kind of support will I have in this program?
One of the key features of the Metabolic Method is direct access to Annie’s expertise. You can contact her at any time throughout the program with questions that come up, and she will troubleshoot with you to help guide you at every step of the process.
4. I am a busy (mom, professional, etc.). Is the diet really hard to follow?
Annie can relate. As a busy working mom of two boys, any nutrition suggestions she gives you will be easy to follow and maintainable for years to come.
5. Will I have to give up my favorite foods?
A key tenet to the metabolic method is moderation. This is not a deprivation diet. You will learn to eat nutrient-dense, whole foods that will keep you full and allow for occasional indulgences.
6. How will I know what to cook?
Annie will provide you with her cookbook featuring over 100 easy, quick, healthy, and delicious recipes. She will also direct you to healthy recipe resources that you can use during and after the program.
7. I’ve never done functional lab testing. What is it?
The Metabolic Method includes the DUTCH Complete test, which looks at hormones, cortisol (stress), and a variety of organic acid markers that look at the health of your cells and body. The test is a simple urine test you do from the comfort of your own home. Using these results, we can tailor a custom plan that will help correct those underlying imbalances.
8. Is the Metabolic Method affordable?
Annie always thinks about working with different budgets for her program. The program is reasonably priced and includes individual coaching sessions, support between sessions, the DUTCH test, a custom welcome bundle, and access to educational modules. You can either pay for the program up front or in monthly installments.
9. Will I be able to maintain the weight loss?
Annie creates a framework that ensures success during the program and is meant for long-term results. If you keep up with the framework that is provided during the program, the results should be long-term.
